Chef Stéphanie Le Quellec — first female winner of Top Chef France and the chef behind two-MICHELIN-starred La Scène in Paris — joins Chef Vincent Thierry at two-MICHELIN-starred Chef's Table by lebua, where the two first cooked together in a Parisian kitchen years ago.
Rather than two menus side by side, the seven-course experience brings both perspectives to a single table: three savoury courses by Chef Stéphanie, three by Chef Vincent, prepared before you at the open kitchen, with the Bangkok skyline as the backdrop.
