• Instead of an aperitif, we serve a clear dashi made from Rishiri kombu and Hondashi-bushi, combined with seasonal aromatic ingredients to highlight umami and fragrance.

★Grilled Course
• The standard course includes 50 g of beef inside round. If you would like to upgrade the beef, please let us know.

• Tamayura Three‑Tier Temari Set
The first tier features Kyoto pickles, the second tier is topped with Hondashi-bushi from Ibusuki, Kagoshima Prefecture, and the third tier features Koshihikari rice from Minamiyamashiro Village, Kyoto. Begin by sprinkling the bonito flakes over the rice and savoring the flavor. Next, add a carefully selected rich egg and enjoy as tamago‑kake‑gohan (rice with raw egg). If you like, finish with a few drops of jaw‑dashi soy sauce to taste.
