Whenever you visit, the restaurant overflows with lively energy that raises your anticipation of eating mizutaki (hot pot). We use "Hakata jidori," free range chicken unique to Fukuoka. The vast majority of our vegetables are Kyushu-grown. Our soup, made from boiling down chicken bones and feet for two days, is completely without richness or bitterness, and is perfect for rice gruel and udon.
