■About reservations
・Card information will be taken at the time of reservation to confirm customer information, but actual payment will be made at the store on the day of your visit.
・Last-minute (same-day, next-day) reservations can only be made by phone.
For reservations for 7 or more people, please contact the store directly.
・Reservations for Sundays and public holidays must be made by 10am the day before.
・We may not be able to accommodate your request for seat selection. Please note.
・Children's meals (5,500 yen) are available for children under 10 years old. If you wish, please let us know the quantity and age of your child.
For children who will be eating adult meals, please include them in the number of adults in your reservation.

■About seats
・Children under junior high school age can only be accommodated in a private room (table seats 4).
Maximum of 4 people including adults and children. Please note that we do not have chairs for children.
Counter seats are only available to children who can enjoy the same crab course as adults.
Please contact the store for details.
・Counter seats start at 18:00/20:30, private rooms start at 19:00.

■About cancellation
・For cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation date and time, 100% of the course fee will be charged as a cancellation fee, regardless of the reason (including new coronavirus, influenza infection, etc.).
As an exception, if you are physically unable to visit the store due to a typhoon or earthquake, etc., the cancellation fee will be waived upon presentation of proof (transportation delay certificate, etc.).
・If you are more than 30 minutes past your reservation time without contacting us, your reservation will be treated as a cancellation. In that case, 100% of the course fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
・If the phone number or email address you provided at the time of reservation is incorrect, your reservation may be canceled. Please be sure to enter a correct phone number and email address.

■About course prices
・Due to rapid fluctuations in crab purchasing prices, the amount paid on the day may be higher than the course price at the time of reservation. Thank you for your understanding and understanding before making a reservation.
