The only tea ceremony restaurant in Kanazawa

Nestled in a Higashi Chaya back alley, Suzuoki occupies a restored teahouse over 120 years old. Led by a certified Enshu-school tea master, it is Kanazawa’s only restaurant offering kaiseki cuisine and the way of tea. Dishes feature seasonal Kaga vegetables and Sea of Japan fish on seasonal tableware. Enjoy genuine craftsmanship in a quiet space, ideal for special occasions or a lasting memory.
