『やきとり清水は純米酒とナチュラルワインの焼鳥屋です』煙のない大人の焼鳥屋。土佐備長炭で一本一本丁寧に焼きあげます。定温室で熟成させた純米燗酒は700本。氷温管理された冷酒。常時100種の純米酒から呑み頃を焼き鳥に合わせて御提案。生産者の想いが詰まる焼き鳥に合うナチュラルワインも400本ご用意。グラスワイン常時５.６種(ボトルをおすすめしております)
