RESERVATIONS POLICIES To secure your reservation at AIM Phuket, a deposit is required: •THB 500 per guests for A La Carte •THB 1500 per guest for Chef's Table Please note that all deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
The deposit will be deducted from the total bill for food and beverages, inclusive of VAT and service charge.
If you expect to be more than 20 minutes late for your reservation, please inform us in advance. Otherwise, we may need to release your table to other guests. *We understand plans can change. You may reschedule your reservation date and time within 30 days of your original booking. All changes are subject to availability.*
To help us enhance your experience, please inform us of the purpose of your visit (e.g., birthday, anniversary, business meeting) and any specific requests when booking. While we'll do our best, we may not be able to guarantee specific seating arrangements.
We welcome families with children. Please ensure children remain seated and supervised for the comfort of all our guests

DRESS CODE To maintain the comfortable ambiance of our venue, we recommend avoiding flip-flops or slippers. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to our smart casual dress code.
CORKAGE FEE Should you wish to bring your own wine, a corkage fee of 500 THB per bottle will apply. We also offer a curated wine list and would be delighted to help you select a perfect pairing for your meal. Complimentary corkage for one bottle is offered with the purchase of any bottle from our wine list.
