Chief Pastry Chef Takashi Naito and new Pastry Chef Yasuhide Sawada, from the ANA Crowne Plaza Osaka, will be creating exquisite dishes that showcase their respective sensibilities and skills, all complementing each other beautifully under the theme of "winter desserts." Additionally, Haskap The Garden Chef Akinori Yamamoto will be using a Staub stone oven, originating from the Alsace region in northeastern France, to create dishes that combine warmth and refinement, bringing happiness to the dining table.
