Pickups can be made at Espacio Nagoya Castle THE SHOP or Brillance stores.
※ Pickup at Brillance stores is only available to those who have a reservation at Brillance on the day of pickup. The item will be handed over to you upon your departure after dining.
For reservations at Brillance scheduled for after 8:00 PM, please select 7:00 PM as the pickup time.
● Shipping services are not available.
● Please select the time at which you plan to pick up the item.
● As this is a frozen product, please ensure you consume it within one hour of pickup.
● When picking up the item, please provide your full name.
● Due to the nature of the product, returns or exchanges cannot be accommodated except in cases where the product is defective.
● If you fail to arrive within one hour of the scheduled pickup time without prior notice, the order will be automatically canceled and no refunds will be issued. Please note this in advance.
