[Reservations] ▶Restaurant reservations are accepted up to three months in advance.
▶Reservations including overnight stays are accepted up to four months in advance.
Your credit card number will be requested at the time of booking, but no charges will be incurred, except for cancellation fees. Payment can be made by credit card or cash upon arrival.
▶Seating Information We do not accept requests for specific seating at the time of booking. Thank you for your understanding.
- Round tables will be used for groups of up to four people.
- Reservations for one person or five or more people must be made by telephone.
- Private rooms will be available for groups of five to six people (windowless rooms, no private room fee), and groups of seven or more will be seated at two tables.
- If you choose a private room for two to four people, a supplement of ¥3,300 will be charged.
▶As we only offer set menus, we ask in advance about any allergies and dietary preferences. Please confirm your reservation with each member of your party and inform us of these in advance.
We may not be able to accommodate same-day requests.
*We may not be able to accommodate reservations for individuals with severe allergies or various food intolerances.
{Examples} All seafood, all meats, dairy products, low-carb diets, etc.
▶If we are unable to contact you within 30 minutes of your reservation, it may be canceled. Please contact us if you are going to be delayed.
▶Cancellation Policy A cancellation fee applies 5 days in advance for overnight reservations and 3 days in advance for restaurant reservations.
▶About Children • We accept reservations for children of school age and above. (Limited to guests who can enjoy the full adult menu.)
About Reservations for Our Special New Year's Eve Meals Please select "1" for the number of people and "December 31st" for the date and time to reserve your New Year's Eve meal.
