At "Hu Jing," we are pleased to welcome Kotaro Asakura, owner of the renowned Japanese restaurant "Komon" in Ginza, for a special collaboration dinner where Japanese and Chinese cuisine harmonize.

Asakura’s delicate Japanese cooking meets the bold depth of Hu Jing Chinese dishes by Culinary Chef, Yusuke Yamaguchi . Among them is Botan Shrimp marinated in long -aged Japanese sake, ‘KOSHU ’, inspired by the Chinese technique of Shaoxing wine marination . The evening is accompanied by a six-glass KOSHU pairing, inviting guests to discover the layered depth of two harmonious cuisines and aged sake in one memorable dining experience.
