Located on the 2nd floor of Kanazawa Tokyu Hotel, we offer a taste of Ishikawa's ingredients, from breakfast to dinner. At breakfast you can enjoy a buffet in Japanese and Western style, prepared with eggs and rice from Ishikawa Prefecture. At noon you can try our main dishes, soup, salad and desserts. In the evening taste our finest French dinner, with ingredients carefully selected by our chef.
