Dining Duration • To ensure that all guests can fully enjoy their dining experience, a table time limit of 150 minutes (2 hours and 30 minutes) applies to all early reservations between 6:00 PM and 7:30 PM.
Extending Your Dining Time • If you would like to extend your time, please contact our team by phone on the day of your reservation. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Late Arrivals • A 15-minute grace period is offered for late arrivals. • We reserve the right to release your reservation after this period has passed. • If you are delayed, please contact us as soon as possible.
Deposit Policy • The deposit will be deducted from your food bill on the day of your visit. • Refunds will be processed within 30 business days.
Cancellation Policy • For cancellations, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. • Cancellations made within 24 hours or less will result in the deposit being non-refundable in all cases. • For cancellations with deposit refunds, please notify us at least 2 days in advance.
Rescheduling • For rescheduling, please notify us at least 1 day in advance. • A reservation may be postponed up to 2 times and within 60 days from the deposit date.
Purpose of Visit • Please inform us of the purpose of your visit (e.g., birthday, anniversary, business meeting).
Dietary Requirements • If you have any food allergies, please notify us at the time of booking.
Menu Information • Menus are subject to change without notice. • Images may not necessarily reflect actual products for sale.
Cakes & Celebrations
• In case guests wish to have a cake or flowers delivered to the restaurant, we are able to receive the items during the following time periods: Lunch service: from 12:00 PM onwards Dinner service: from 2:00 PM onwards • Kindly ensure that the reservation name is clearly stated for ease of handling by our team. • If the name on the cake or flower delivery does not match the reservation name, the restaurant reserves the right to not be responsible for any loss or damage in any circumstances. • For safety and cleanliness reasons, cakes with loose glitter, sparklers, or sparkling candles are not permitted inside the restaurant.
Pricing • All prices are subject to 7% VAT and a 10% service charge.
