you for making a reservation at Maneki Sushi. We have started accepting reservations online. If you have any questions about the contents of the dishes, the volume, your budget, or the seating (counter or table), please feel free to call us. We do not have private rooms, but we have a space that can be used as a semi-private room for up to 4 people.
- About reservations -
●Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request for a specific seat.
●If we are unable to contact you after 30 minutes of your reservation time, we may have to cancel your reservation, so please be sure to contact us if you are late.
●Even if you arrive more than 30 minutes earlier than the appointed time, we may not be able to seat you. Please arrive at the time of your reservation.
●Our restaurant is a place where you can enjoy food with alcohol. Please order one drink per person.
●Please refrain from wearing excessive perfume.
●Our restaurant is completely non-smoking.
●We will try to accommodate your requests as much as possible, but we may not be able to accommodate your requests, such as if you have an excessive dislike of certain ingredients.
●We do not accept orders for single items only.
- About Children -
●Online reservations are generally only accepted from people aged 20 or over who are old enough to consume alcohol.
●We may accept infants, preschool children, and students if they are accompanied by a customer who has visited us before, with the promise that they will be considerate of other customers. If you have any requests, such as for family gatherings, please contact us by phone.
- Cancellation Policy -In
the event of cancellation or changes, the following cancellation fees will be charged, calculated from the date and time of your visit.
48 hours before your visit: 100% of the reservation fee
72 hours before your visit: 50% of the reservation fee
Please refrain from making reservations or cancelling easily.
Please note that we may be unable to accept your reservation for the next time.
