◆ At the Chef's Corner, we offer "Beef Steak." Enjoy it with two types of sauce: a refreshing grated mountain wasabi ponzu sauce and a fruity, refreshing haskap-flavored vinegar sauce. Make your own favorite Hokkaido Fair dish, the always-popular "Seafood Donburi," by adding as much of your preferred toppings as you like, including salmon roe, salmon, minced tuna, small shrimp, and more. We also offer Hokkaido's local dishes such as "Zangi" (fried chicken), "Salmon Chan-chan Yaki," and "Sanpei Soup," as well as a smooth mousse made with Hokkaido's sweet and sour haskap, "Hokkaido Haskap Mousse," and a "Fruit Roll Cake" topped with melon and various fruits.
