Welcome to Kwantip – Samrub Thai Dining Experience Samrub, the Thai tradition of a shared feast served all at once—a complete and harmonious culinary ensemble crafted for joy and connection. Not a procession of courses, but a generous table of contrast and balance, meant to be enjoyed together.
Chef Pom weaves together the culinary wisdom of four generations. From the Central Thai recipes of her grandmother at Devavesm Palace, to the Southern Thai flavors of her mother from Thung Song, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Chef Pom carries forward these time-honored traditions, while her youngest son joins in evolving the cuisine for the modern day — all while preserving its original roots in their entirety.
The menu will change every season or 4 months. ⸻ PLEASE KINDLY NOTE BEFORE MAKING RESERVATION: A party of 2 guests or more is required to enjoy our abundant Thai-style feast, the Samrub. Priced at THB 1,390++ per person and is mandatory, children over 110 cm is considered as an adult. Service period for each round is 90 minutes, more than plenty of time to enjoy our course. Please arrive on time to ensure seamless and laid-back experience, while providing ample time for smooth transition for guests in the next round.
