一进入饭店内就是餐厅,洋溢高级感的绒毯与宁静舒适的店内空间。店内准备的席位半数以上都是窗边的席位,在冬天能一边享用美食一边欣赏窗外的雪景。因为大多使用留寿都和北海道产的食材,所以「Farm to Table」秉持着难得来到北海道,就该好好享受在地的美味的理念,除了追求简洁的菜单设计,也提供西洋料理初学者也能享受餐厅。
