【Regular Web Reservation Schedule】 ・Lunch Reservation | Starts at 12:00 ・Afternoon Tea Reservation | Starts at 14:30 ・Dinner Reservation | Starts at 18:30 In order to provide all customers with the best possible dining experience, the restaurant employs a "simultaneous start" system. Courses will begin at the same time at all tables according to the reserved time. The time listed is the "start time" of the meal. Please allow plenty of time for your visit. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Please note that we cannot change the time of your reservation.
Closed Days: Irregular holidays (Please refer to our Instagram or Google Maps for the latest information.) From January to April, we operate on a winter schedule. Please note that phone inquiries are only handled on business days.
■ RUZE classique (near Kumoba Pond / Roppontsujisoba) is located in a different location from RUZE Villa (inside Lake New Town).
■ Even if your preferred date is not available for online booking, we may be able to accommodate you via phone. Please feel free to call us.
■ We welcome guests with children or pets. Please contact us directly for arrangements.
■ If your party size is not selectable online, or if you wish to make a same-day reservation, please call us.
■ We may not be able to accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions. In some cases, an additional fee may apply depending on the request. ※ We cannot change dishes on the day of the reservation without prior notice.
■ Please note that we are unable to accommodate vegan requests.
■ Parking is limited (maximum 6 cars). If you are coming by car, please consider carpooling. If our lot is full, we will guide you to a nearby parking facility. We appreciate your understanding.
■ About Reservation Cancellations: For reservation changes or cancellations, please contact us by phone. Cancellation fees apply as follows: ・2 days prior: 30% of the course fee ・1 day prior: 50% of the course fee ・Same-day cancellation: 100% of the course fee No-shows without notice will be charged 100% of the reservation amount.
