▶Our restaurant operates on a reservation-only basis. We procure and prepare ingredients for the number of people in your party.

Cancellation fees apply from 3 days prior to your reservation for meals only, and from 7 days prior to your reservation for accommodations. Please understand this in advance.

▶If you will be late for your reservation, please be sure to contact us by phone. If we are unable to contact you after 30 minutes, we may unfortunately have to cancel your reservation. Please understand this in advance.

▶Children are welcome if they can sit at a table and eat the same course meal as adults.

▶Please understand that we cannot accommodate all dietary restrictions other than allergies.

▶As we use wood-fired cooking, your clothes may have a smoky aroma. We ask for your understanding in advance.

▶There is no dress code.
The area around the restaurant may be slippery after rain or snow.
We recommend wearing comfortable shoes (rain boots in winter).

▶【Winter】Our restaurant is located in a mountainous area, and depending on snowfall, road clearing and traffic congestion may occur, potentially delaying your arrival.
Please allow ample time for your journey.

▶【Winter】When arriving by car, please ensure you have four-wheel drive vehicles equipped with studded tires.
The road in front of the restaurant is a somewhat steep slope.
If you are unable to drive up due to snowfall, please use the parking lot of the "Hakusan Sabo Science Museum" located before the restaurant. It is approximately a 150m walk from the restaurant building.
