This site is for booking the “Visitor Plan” or the private VIP Sofa Seat.

We offer the Visitor Plan for guests who wish to enjoy the pool for the day.

■ Operating period
May 1, 2025 (Thu) – October 5, 2025 (Sun)
• Operations may be canceled in the event of severe weather.
• As a benefit, parking is free for up to 5 hours.
• Please refrain from bringing in food or beverages.

■ Admission times
Pool hours vary by period.

Period 1: May 1 (Thu) – June 30 (Mon) / September 16 (Tue) – October 5 (Sun)
Day Pool 10:00 – 16:00 (last admission 15:30)

Period 2: July 1 (Tue) – September 15 (Mon)
Day Pool Session 1 8:00 – 11:30 (last admission 11:00)
Day Pool Session 2 12:30 – 17:00 (last admission 16:30)
Night Pool 18:00 – 21:00 (last admission 20:30)

On July 12 and September 13 and 15 the pool will be reserved for private events, so only Session 1 will operate on those dates.

■ Poolside Bar
Operating period: July 1 (Tue) – September 15 (Mon)
Session 1 9:00 – 11:30 (lunch menu from 10:30, last order 11:30)
Session 2 12:30 – 17:00 (last order 16:30)
Night Pool 18:00 – 21:00 (last order 20:30)

Operating period: September 16 (Tue) – September 28 (Sun)
10:00 – 16:00

• There will be no service after September 29. During periods when the pool service is not operating, only items purchased from the hotel lobby’s Fresh Connection on the 1st floor may be brought into the pool area. Glass bottles are not permitted. Mobile ordering from the poolside is also available.

■ Cancellation policy
• Free cancellation if you contact us by the day before your reservation
• 50% of the plan price if you cancel on the day of the reservation
• 100% of the plan price for no-shows (no contact)

■ Child pricing
Guests aged 6 and over are charged the full adult rate. Children under 6 years old (0–5) are admitted free if a deck chair is not required. If a deck chair is needed for a child under 6, the regular rate applies.

■ About the Private VIP Sofa Seat
The VIP Sofa Seat is offered only as an upgrade from a guaranteed deck chair included with a “Garden Pool Stay Plan,” a “Visitor Plan,” or a “Pool Option Plan.” Please note that booking a VIP Sofa Seat alone does not grant pool admission.

The Night Pool offers only Premium Round Sofa Seats; VIP Sofa Seats are not available during Night Pool hours.
