※ Grace period for table holding will be 15 minutes and all reservations are limited to 120 minutes per booking.
※ In case of wet weather, Mr. Stork does not provide an alternative venue as there is no shelter available.
※ For bookings of 8 to 19 guests, a minimum spending of S$80++ per person and a credit card authorization hold are required.
※ A minimum spending of S$80++ per person shall apply if the number of guests increases above 7 person upon arrival or on the same day of reservation.
※ For large bookings above 20 persons, kindly email ruth.louis@andaz.com or mr.stork@andaz.com

FESTIVE BOOKINGS

Full pre-payment is required upon booking. Any cancellation within 7 days: full charge. Cancellation on or after the 8th day: 50% charge.

CREDIT CARD AUTHORISATION & CANCELLATION/ NO-SHOW POLICY

The credit card hold amount will be charged only in the event of a no-show or a cancellation before the reservation time. Debit cards and pre-paid cards are not recommended. Debit cards will be charged the full amount immediately and refunded several weeks after your visit. In the event of a positive Covid-19 result, test results will be requested for consideration of a fee waiver.
24 hours or less: 100% of the required minimum spend, includes tax (applies for teepee hut bookings)
25 to 48 hours: 50% of the required minimum spend, includes tax (applies for teepee hut bookings)

CASHLESS PAYMENTS
The hotel is only accepting cashless payments via all major credit cards, as well as Alipay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Grab Pay, UnionPay and WeChat Pay.
