Afternoon tea set reservations: 12:00, 12:30, 3:00, 3:30 P.M.
Seating is limited to 2 hours.
▶Please inquire by email or phone for a reservation of a party of more than 5.
▶Please inquire a reservation of a day before and on the day.
▶Reservation required 1 order of Afternoon tea sets per adults.
▶ Please let us know in advance if you have food allergies or dietary restrictions.
We will not be able to change the ingredients on the day.

▶Please note that it may not always be possible for us to meet your seating requests.
▶Please note that discounted plans can not be used in conjunction with other benefits / discounts.
▶Photos are images only. The menu items may change without prior notice depending on the supply and seasonal conditions.

Cancellation Policy
2 days before the reserved date: 50% of the fee
cancellation on the day before: 70% of the fee
cancellation on the day of the reservation: 100% of the fee
▶If you are more than 20 minutes late for your reservation without contacting us, we may automatically cancel your reservation.

We have prepared a special plan that includes the popular Pierre Hermé Paris afternoon tea at The Lobby Lounge with all-you-can-drink champagne from The Ritz-Carlton Kyoto Private Label. Enjoy free-flowing private champagne with delicate bubbles and pleasant acidity. The seats are available for 2 hours, but the last order for the all-you-can-drink champagne will be after 1 hour and 30 minutes. In addition to champagne, you can order two types of coffee and tea. Please take this opportunity to enjoy a relaxing time that can only be experienced here.
