RESERVATIONS
• A deposit of THB 2,000 per person is required to secure your reservation.
American Express is accepted.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• A THB 500 transaction fee applies to each cancellation.
• Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the reservation time or in the event of a no-show.
LATE ARRIVALS
• Guests arriving more than 30 minutes after their reservation time may be considered a no-show and charged 100% of the reservation amount.
ABOUT OUR SUSHI CHEFS
• All courses are prepared according to Sushi Itto’s standards by our trained sushi chef team.
• Chef assignments are determined by the restaurant according to the selected course and daily operations.
• Specific chef requests cannot be guaranteed.
SEATING
• Omakase courses are served at the sushi counter.
