The evening begins with a welcome glass of Chandon Rosé Champagne, followed by indulgent bites like Celine oysters with citrus sauce, king salmon tataki with tonnato, and potato millefeuille with blue crab. For mains, choose between grilled turbot with herbs pilpil or slow-cooked wagyu short ribs with creamy polenta, before ending on a sweet note with cherry frangipane, tonka ice cream, and chocolate bonbons.
