The clink of glasses mingles with the hum of lively conversation as guests indulge in locally inspired sliders and pizzas, alongside live-action stations serving up delights such as popiah and kueh pie tee. Here, hawker favourites are given an elevated touch, from our Singapore laksa with rock lobster to a selection of indulgent desserts, including Japanese Yuzu Matcha cake and D9 Cakery’s signature Cheesecake and Carrot Pound Cake.
