Enjoy the atmosphere of exotic Kitano, rife with international people and cultures. All our items are prepared with selected beef from the best wagyu brands: Hyogo Tajima, Mita and Kobe beef. Our style is to cook the meat "slowly, as if broiling". You just need a pinch of salt and a bite to tell how delicious our cuts are. Other seasonings available are black pepper, mustard and our special sauce.
