● Please note that we may not be able to accommodate requests regarding seat preferences. ● If you do not arrive by 20 minutes past your reserved time, your reservation will be cancelled. In such cases, a cancellation fee will apply, so please be mindful of this. ● The maximum allowed duration for table use is 2 hours. If there are subsequent reservations, you may be asked to leave after this time. ● A credit card is required to confirm your reservation. Please have one ready. ● For groups of 5 or more people, only set menus can be reserved. ● For large groups of 20 or more people, please contact us via the inquiry form on our website.
Cancellation Policy ● Regardless of the reason, the following cancellation fees will apply: 20% of the total amount (per person) if cancelled 1 month prior to the reservation date; 50% of the total amount (per person) if cancelled 10 days prior; 100% of the total amount (per person) if cancelled within 5 days.
We do not recommend using debit cards or prepaid cards. When a debit card is used, the amount is immediately deducted and later refunded after your visit (this process may take several weeks). Please pay for your meals at the restaurant on the day of your visit.
