Booking Policy ❶ Guest are requested to provide a full name, active contact number, total number of guest, and preferred date and time upon booking.
❷ Reservations are held for a 15-minute grace period. Without prior notice of delay, the table may be respectfully released to walk-in guests.
❸ To preserve exclusivity during party hours and events, a 50% deposit is required as part of the reservation confirmation.
❹ Reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance for party bookings and at least 1 day prior for dining reservations.
❺ Admission is limited to guest 21+ of age and above.
❻ Please inform us of the purpose of your visit (birthday, business meeting, etc.)
❼ Deposit / pre-payment : A deposit is required to secure your reservation , the deposit will be forfeited in the event of a no show (failure to arrive without prior confirmation).
❽ Seating duration : 90- 120 minutes per session . for private event or private rooms special duration will apply.
❾ Booking during special events may require full prepayment, and payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
Dress code Policy: ✦ Gentlemen are not permitted to wear sandals or shorts. ✦ Attire should reflect a smart casual to elegant look, suitable for a premium dining and nightlife experience.
House Rules: ✦ No Outside food and drinks allowed . ✦ No Pet Allowed. ✦ Admission is limited to guest 21+ of age and above. ✦ Drugs, firearms, & sharp objects are strictly prohibited. ✦ Guest will be subject to a penalty fee for any vandalism. ✦ Confetti poppers is strictly prohibited. ✦ Physical confrontations of any kind are strictly prohibited. ✦ Any Down Payment must be paid through our company account, No transfer to staff account allowed, or accounted. ✦ Kindly note that after 8 pm, the entire venue becomes a smoking area.
