Pick-up is available at either Espacio Nagoya Castle THE SHOP or the Brillance store.
*Pick-up at the Brillance store is only available to those with a reservation at Brillance on the pick-up date. We will hand it to you when you leave after your meal.
If you have a reservation at Brillance after 8 PM, please select 7 PM.
● We do not offer delivery.
● Please select the time you will be picking up your order.
●As this is a frozen item, please keep it within one hour.
●When picking up your item, we kindly ask that you provide your full name.
● Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges except in the case of a defective product.
● If you are more than one hour late from your designated time without prior notice, your order will be automatically canceled and no refund will be given. Please be aware of this in advance.
