House Rules & Reservation Policy
At Casa Cuomo Ristorante & Lounge, we are committed to providing a refined and enjoyable dining experience for all our guests. Kindly review the following policies prior to your visit.
Reservations
Reservations are confirmed once you receive our team's confirmation. Walk-in guests are welcome and will be accommodated based on table availability.
Arrival Time
Guests are kindly requested to arrive on time. Tables will be held for 15 minutes after the reserved time, then released.
Amendments & Cancellations
Any amendments or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the reservation time. Deposits, if applicable, may be forfeited in the event of late cancellations or no-shows.
Late Arrivals
If you anticipate arriving late, please inform our team in advance. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, seating remains subject to availability.
Dining Duration
During peak hours, dining time may be limited to 90 minutes to ensure a comfortable experience for all guests.
Outside Food & Beverages
Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Celebration cakes are permitted with prior notice and will be subject to a corkage fee.
Special Celebrations
For special occasions, our team is happy to assist with custom arrangements or decorations given advance notice.
Corkage Policy
* The following fees apply:
* Wine: IDR 500K++ per bottle (for wine brought from outside)
* Spirits: IDR 800K++ per bottle (for spirits brought from outside)
* Professional Photography/Cameras: IDR 500K++ per session (for personal photography beyond mobile phones)Celebration Cake: IDR 200K++ (for cakes brought from outside)Table Decoration Setup: IDR 500K++
