On the day of the event, you can enjoy the live carving experience as the chef carves the lamb right in front of you, savoring the different textures and flavors of each cut.
For this occasion, we have specially prepared two wines—a Bordeaux and a Rhône—from exceptional vintages and back vintages that are difficult to find on the market.
The concentrated fruitiness, spiciness, and well-structured flavors complement the deliciousness of the lamb and the aromas of the herbs.
This is a limited-quantity, reservation-only special event using a bone-in lamb of a size not normally offered during regular business hours.
