Created by Agustín, an Argentine with family roots in Spain, this is a six-course modern Mediterranean menu centered around seasonal Japanese seafood and Wagyu beef. Each dish is paired with six distinctive wines from “Tempos Vega Sicilia,” a group of five wineries in Spain and Hungary led by the renowned “Vega Sicilia.” Among them is the flagship wine ‘Unico.’

On the night of the event, Chef Agustín and Aiko Tsujimoto, Brand Manager at Vega Sicilia, will visit each table to share insights into the inspiration behind the dishes, the regions where the wines originate, and the philosophies of their producers. Enjoy this one-night-only dinner where the wines from this historic winery—with over 160 years of legacy—meet Chef Agustín’s culinary creativity.
