GENERAL INFORMATION • Our dress code is smart casual. Slippers and flip-flops are not permitted for any guests. Men are required to wear closed-toe shoes and long pants. Guest(s) who do not follow the dress code will not be allowed to enter. • We only offer a set course menu which lasts a minimum of 150 minutes. Please plan accordingly. • Due to the high volume for reservations, we appreciate your understanding in keeping to your reserved dining time as the table will be prepared for the next seating. • Please note that our space is not wheelchair accessible. • Our experience is suitable for guests aged 12 and above. We cannot accommodate babies and toddlers due to the nature of our environment. • Parties of 5 or more are required to contact us directly via WhatsApp at +62 811 8112 1123. • For those who prefer minimal distractions and a more intimate experience, we offer a semi-private room that accommodates up to 12 guests. Kindly let us know if you would like more information. • Parking is available on the premises. We ask that you refrain from parking on the street to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests.
DIETARY RESTRICTIONS • We can accommodate certain dietary restrictions. However, we do not offer vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free options. Kindly inform us of any dietary needs at least 48 hours prior to your reservation, as we are unable to accommodate last-minute requests. • Our menu may include alcohol, pork and raw ingredients. Kindly inform us in advance if you require any adjustments, so we can make the necessary arrangements to meet your needs accordingly.
RESCHEDULE & CANCELLATION POLICY • A non-refundable deposit of IDR 850,000 per person is required to confirm your reservation. • Reservations can be rescheduled or transferred within 14 days of the original date, but no later than 48 hours prior to the reservation time. Changes cannot be accommodated after this period. • Arrivals exceeding 30 minutes from the reservation time may result in adjustments to the dining experience. • Kindling has the right to reschedule or cancel your reservation in the event of unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to notify you in advance to provide alternative arrangements.
DINING POLICY • Guests are welcome to bring their own bottles. Corkage fees apply as follows: IDR 450,000 nett for wine IDR 600,000 nett for champagne and sparkling wine IDR 900,000 nett for magnum wine IDR 1,000,000 nett for liquor, spirits and sake • We only allow one outside cake per table for photo-taking purposes. An additional charge of IDR 150,000 nett will be applied if the cake is cut or consumed. • The use of professional cameras, lighting equipment and excessive camera flash is strictly prohibited within the premises to ensure the comfort of all guests.
