3. **PLEASE NOTE** "At the Central Eastville branch, there are 10 seats available per round (8 counter bar seats and 2 table seats), while at the Mega Bangna branch, there are 12 counter bar seats. Seatings are on a first come, first served basis so you won’t be able to choose seatings. If you are unsure, please contact us below to understand what the seatings will be before booking. You might not be able to change seats after reservation is completed but you can change the round or if you want to cancel, there will be procedures based on our cancellation policies.
4. Cancellation Policy - In case of cancellation, notification must be made at least 3 days prior to the dining date. The restaurant will refund the payment minus a transaction fee if the deposit was made via credit card. Full refund will be issued if payment was made via bank transfer or cash (applicable only for bookings made through Line). The refund process for deposits takes 7-14 business days. - Bookings are non-refundable if cancellations are made less than 3 days (i.e. 1-2 days) before the booking date, since the chef will already have prepared ingredients for the course. - In special cases where the booking was made on the same day of dining or 1-2 days before dining and if cancellation was made, refunds will be made after a deduction for transactional fee. Instead of cancellation, the customer can also choose to change rounds or dates instead. Please contact the restaurant to do so. - Once the booking had been made, it is not possible to change to another branch. If you wish to change the booking, the restaurant allows a one-time modification, only for date and time, with advance notice of 2 days.
