Kappo (Traditional Japanese)
Our highest recommendation is our bonito - pole-caught and served fresh, retaining its umami. The bonito is cooked on a charcoal fire to keep it soft and emit a rich aroma of roasted fish. We serve a variety of alternatives too, including Sawachi, a traditional Kochi platter meal. For hotpot dishes, we use whale meat and A5 Japanese beef. Unwind in a relaxed atmosphere.
