🔸 Cancellation & Change Policy If you cancel the reservation or change the number of people, the cancellation fee will be applied as below.
For Individual & Small Group Reservations (1‒8 guests): ・48h prior to the day: 0% ・24-48h prior to the day: 50% ・Within 24h or no-show: 100% Reduction in guest count within 24 hours will be treated as a cancellation for the missing guest(s).
For Groups of 9 guests or more Please contact us directly to arrange your booking.
🔸Late Arrivals & No-Shows Our menu is prepared as a timed experience (about 2.5h). If you arrive late, we may need to adjust or shorten your course.
Guests arriving more than 20 minutes late without notice may be considered a no-show, and 100% charge will apply.
🔸Children Dinner: We welcome children aged 12 and above who can enjoy a full course. Lunch: We welcome children aged 5 and above. Please note that spice levels cannot be adjusted for bookings with children. For younger children, kindly contact us in advance.
🔸Payments・Refunds & Charges ・At NEN TOKYO, we are a cashless establishment. Please note that cash payments are not accepted. ・If cancellation occurs within the allowable time window, any held amounts will be released automatically. ・Refunds may take several days depending on your card issuer. ・Full prepayment (if made) will be refunded net of deposit and any processing fees per policy.
