Discover an elegant interpretation of afternoon tea at The Lounge, where the artistry of Paris meets the serenity of Kyoto. At the heart of this experience lies the legendary creations of Pierre Hermé Paris—one of the most influential figures in modern French pâtisserie—paired with the heritage of Ippodo Tea Co., Kyoto’s esteemed tea house with over 300 years of history. In collaboration with Adrien Nanus, Pierre Hermé Paris pastry chef at Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono, an Ippodo Kyoto Master Blender, and the culinary expertise of China Kitchen, guests will enjoy a specially curated set featuring a Pierre Hermé Paris dessert, Japanese tea, and refined dim sum. Each tea has been thoughtfully selected by Ippodo Tea Co. to complement both the dessert and dim sum, creating a harmonious balance of flavor and aroma.
