📌 BOOKING WINDOW • Reservations open daily at 10:00 AM for the same weekday of the following week. • Walk-in guests are always welcome and will be accommodated subject to table availability.
📌 CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION • If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, we kindly request that you inform us at least 24 hours in advance via phone or Instagram messages. • This allows us to offer the table to other guests who may be waiting for an opportunity to dine with us. • Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may affect future reservation eligibility.
📌 LATE ARRIVAL • Reservations are held for up to 30 minutes past the scheduled booking time. • After this time, the table may be released to other waiting guests. • If you are running late, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
📌 RESERVATION VERIFICATION • Reservations should be made under the name of the guest who will be dining. • To ensure fairness for all guests, we may verify the reservation holder’s identity upon arrival. • Reservations made through unauthorized third parties may not be honored.
📌 IMPORTANT NOTICE • Reservations are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. • Reselling or unauthorized brokering of reservations is strictly prohibited and such reservations may be cancelled. • We reserve the right to refuse service for reservations obtained through unauthorized channels.
