一進入飯店內就是餐廳,洋溢高級感的絨毯與寧靜舒適的店內空間。店內準備的席位半數以上都是窗邊的席位,在冬天能一邊享用美食一邊欣賞窗外的雪景。因為大多使用留壽都和北海道產的食材,所以「Farm to Table」秉持著難得來到北海道,就該好好享受在地的美味的理念,除了追求簡潔的菜單設計,也提供西洋料理初學者也能享受餐廳。
