Join us every Saturday for Gin High Tea and be treated to a unique high tea experience, showcasing local gins and Australian native flavours.

Expect sweet and savoury delicacies like tempura prawns, gin infused scallops and delicious warm scones served with fig-eucalyptus jam and clotted cream. Be treated to a smorgasbord of treats from the botanical dessert table, as our Chef ’s take you on an immersive culinary experience.

Sip on two G&Ts, perfectly crafted with Fever-Tree Tonic and choose from a selection of boutique loose leaf teas by The Rabbit Hole.

▶Minimum group size of 2, maximum 12 (for larger group bookings please contact SYDRS-Lobby.Bar@hyatt.com
▶Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
▶For Gin High Tea - Adults: Please note, a cancellation fee of $50 per person will be charged in the case of no show or booking cancellation within 24 hours of your reservation time.
▶For Gin High Tea - Kids: Please note, a cancellation fee of $20 per child will be charged in the case of no show or booking cancellation within 24 hours of your reservation time.
▶In an effort to discourage no shows or last minute cancellations during this period of limited capacity restrictions, we will take $0.50per person pre-authorisation on your credit card when you secure your booking through the link below. Please note that this payment will be released within 7 working days when settling the bill via credit card and within 15 – 20 days when settling the bill via a debit card of your visit and will not go towards your final bill at the bar.
▶An additional service charge of 10% will be added to your bill on Sundays and 15% on public holidays.
▶All bookings must arrive within 15 minutes of the reservation time, otherwise reservation will be forfeited
