■Regarding food allergies
To ensure we can accommodate everyone safely, please be sure to inform us of any food allergies at the time of reservation.
Depending on the nature of the allergy, we may be unable to accept your reservation in order to prioritize your safety.
Please note that due to safety reasons, we cannot make any changes to menu items if notified on the day of your visit. We appreciate your understanding.

We observe a smart-casual dress code.

■Reservations
Reservations are available for breakfast or afternoon tea menus.
The allowed duration of stay is up to 2 hours from your reserved time.
※For those wishing to use the facility outside these options, please visit us in person; seating will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

■Number of guests per reservation
A maximum of 4 guests per table is permitted; for groups of 5 or more, reservations must be split across two tables, with a maximum total of 8 guests. Guests wishing to reserve for 5 or more people should contact the restaurant directly.

■Credit card payments on the day of visit
As announced by the Japan Credit Association (JCA), starting April 1, 2025, PIN authentication (entry of a personal identification number) will be required for all credit card transactions.
Please note that if you are unable to enter your PIN, payment must be made via cash or another non-credit-card method.

※When fully booked, the maximum stay is limited to 90 minutes (60 minutes on weekends and holidays).
※Currently, 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM on weekends and holidays are extremely busy; we kindly ask for your cooperation in spreading out arrival times.
※Reservations for coffee service are not accepted.
※Seat selection cannot be accommodated.
※All seating areas are non-smoking.
