▶Take-out items will be pre-payable upon completion of your reservation.
Please note that no refunds will be given in case of cancellation.

▶If you fail to come within 30 minutes after your reservation time, your reservation may be cancelled unless changed.
▶Discounts are not available.
▶Reservations can be made up to 2 hours in advance.
▶Please let us know at least 1 hours in advance if you want to change your pickup time. ( 03-6434-8711)
▶Take out menu is not allowed in the restaurant.
▶Please note that the menu is subject to change depending on the availability of ingredients and other factors.
Please allow about 30 minutes for you to pick up and take your items with you.
Please enjoy meal within 2 hours of receiving the product.

Please come to The Ritz-Carlton Cafe & Deli on the first floor to pick up your items at the time of your reservation. You can pick up your car at the front entrance of the hotel's grand floor when you come by car.
