We use plenty of seasonal ingredients such as bamboo shoots from Kyoto Satoyama in spring, wild vegetables in early summer, sweetfish, conger eel, corn, and melons.

I will. We add arrangements on top of the base of Japanese cuisine, and offer “impressive cuisine” that goes beyond genres, such as foie gras and truffles, in the Bombance style.
