▶About Reservation
・When you reserve your seats, we get your credit card information.
※But payment will not be completed at that time.
Please pay at the cashier on the day.
・About designation of seats, we might be not able to meet your request.

▶Time of arrival
Our restaurant will start at 17:00 or 19:30 simultaneously.
In the unlikely event that you arrive late or leave early, we may not be able to serve you part of your course.
▶Cancellation Policy
・If you cancel within 48 hours from reservation time, there is a 100％ cancellation charge.
・If you cancel within 72hours from reservation time, there is a 50％ cancellation charge.
・If you are late for your reservation by more than 15 minutes and we do not hear from you, we may have to cancel your reservation.
