Our indigo curtain opens onto a truly calm Japanese space. We serve 3 kinds of Unagi, carefully selected by the owner: natural, domestic and brand eel. The eel is prepared immediately using the finest quality of Kishu bincho charcoal to help lock in umami. Enoy our eel skewered, white grilled, steamed and split. We also have a selection of rare, handpicked sake, a beautiful combination with eel.
