[12/19~12/25] Azasu Christmas Special Course
For your toast, we will offer sparkling wine or non-alcoholic drinks. The first dish will be a gorgeous Christmas salad garnished with local chicken. This is a Christmas-only salad.
Next, you will enjoy two sashimi dishes: tongue sashimi and Wagyu beef tartare.
For grilled dishes, we will serve salted tongue with leek, which has a strong lemon aroma, followed by Wagyu skirt steak, Wagyu sirloin steak, and top sirloin. You can lavishly savor Azasu's finest cuts of beef.
To cleanse the palate, we will serve kuzu somen noodles. Next, we will serve the rich and flavorful "Kalbi with Plenty of Cheese," and finish with Wagyu beef ochazuke.
Finally, we will finish off with a Christmas dessert. This is an Azasu-exclusive Christmas course to add color to this special night that comes once a year.
