◆ Reservations are accepted only for lunch and dinner at the restaurant. Reservations are not available for weekend café/bar visits; please come in person in such cases.

◆ At the café, during dinner, and on weekends for lunch, one drink per person is required. Thank you for your understanding.

◆ Whole cakes are available only by reservation, and quantities are limited.

◆ If you wish to bring a stroller, we can accommodate up to two. Please note that any additional strollers must be left with us. There is a limited number of kids’ chairs available; even if requested, we may not be able to provide them.

◆ Students wearing school uniforms are not permitted to enter after 17:00 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

◆ Use of computers or tablets is prohibited after 17:00.

▶ If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your reserved time, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
▶ Reservations for groups of 11 or more must be made by phone.
▶ If online reservations are unavailable, please call us; we may still be able to arrange seating.
▶ As a matter of policy, seating duration is limited to 2 hours for lunch/dinner and 90 minutes for café/bar visits.
▶ Hotel parking spaces are limited and may be fully occupied; please keep this in mind. (3,000 yen max for 3 hours)
