Chef Kitano of the Italian restaurant "malca," an unparalleled tonkatsu (pork cutlet) lover, has created "a tonkatsu restaurant that tonkatsu lovers truly want to visit."
We deliver a tonkatsu experience that is delicate, bold, and meticulously crafted down to the smallest detail.
