【Regarding Reservations】

① Age 12+ (Adult) = 1 set per person is required
② Please message us the menu number(s) + quantity
③ Both Shabu & Sukiyaki are allowed only for parties of 5+ adults.

Important Reservation Rules (Please read carefully)
1) Adults (age 12 and over) must order a set.
Each guest aged 12 or older is considered an adult and must order minimum ONE set (Shabu-shabu set OR Sukiyaki set).
Reservations without the required adult sets may be cancelled.

2) Sets are for 2 servings or more (No 1-serving orders).
Each set can be ordered from 2 servings and up. We cannot accept 1 serving orders.

3) Choosing the hot pot type (Very important)

Parties of 2–4 adults: You can choose ONLY ONE hot pot type for the whole table:
either Shabu-shabu OR Sukiyaki (not both).
Parties of 5 or more adults: You may order BOTH Shabu-shabu AND Sukiyaki.
4) How to confirm your order (Required)
To complete your reservation, please send us a message with:

Menu number(s)
Quantity (number of servings/sets)
(Example: “No. 3 × 4, No. 5 × 2”)
If the menu number and quantity are not provided, your reservation is not confirmed.

Other Notes
We may not be able to accommodate seating requests.
Seating time limit: 2 hours.
If we cannot contact you 15 minutes after your reservation time, it may be treated as a cancellation.
Course/meat changes must be made by 24:00 (midnight) the day before. Please contact us by email.
All seats are non-smoking.
Regarding Outside Items
Wine & Japanese sake (750ml): ¥5,000 per bottle
Japanese sake (1,800ml): ¥7,000 per bottle

For Guests Using Private Rooms
7 private rooms available (max 12 guests per room).
A separate room charge applies: ¥60,000 per room (2-hour limit / minimum order requirement).
This is not a flat room fee. It is a minimum spending requirement.

Cancellation Policy
No-show: 100% / Same-day cancellation: 100%
24–48 hours prior: 50%
Charges are based on the product order price.

A tentative reservation deposit of ¥10,000 per person is required.
