“The Belwood” was founded in Shibuya, Tokyo, in 2020. Inspired by the “special cafés” that flourished during the Taishō era, it beautifully reinterprets the aesthetics of that bygone era for modern times. Its cocktails incorporate Japanese ingredients such as green tea, kombu, and miso; each meticulously crafted drink tells its own story, much like a kaiseki meal. Widely acclaimed internationally, it was ranked 48th on “The World’s 50 Best Bars 2025.” For one night only, we will welcome owner-bartender Atsushi Suzuki to Fukuoka to serve his original signature cocktails.
